Monmouth County Office of Emergency Management Community Emergency Response Team - The Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) program educates volunteers about disaster preparedness for the hazards that may occur where they live.

Founded in 2002 NEMA CERT has trained over 500 citizens in CERT. While most wanted to be better prepared for themselves, their family and their neighborhood, we have maintained an active team of 20-30 members over the years.
